Q.1. Can you work under pressure?
Answer: Definitely yes sir. This is the basic quality to get success in any field. If a person needs success in his/her career, he/she should be ready to face these, and the maximum of those situations end up with a new learning experience.
Q.2. If you won 10 Million Dollar lottery, would you still work?
Answer: Definitely yes sir. I won’t leave because money will not teach anything but our company will teach how to earn more than 10 Million dollars. So I will continue my work.
Q.3. Would you lie for the company?
Answer: It depends on the situation. If it is good for the company but not guilt for anyone other. Then it will be fine for me because in my opinion if I used to lie somebody without any harm to anybody I won’t bother to lie. But I can find an alternative way to solve the problem because every problem has a solution. You just need to discover it.
Q.4. What makes you angry?
Answer: Every human nature will get angry when things around his/her feel uncomfortable, even me also. But I believe, I have some skills to handle my anger to avoid unnecessary situations.
Q.5. Are you willing to relocate or travel?
Answer: My job is my primary priority and where I stay is my second priority. So Yes, I can. Relocate provides me to know a new culture, new atmosphere & new people to share new things & improve the skills also.
Q.6. How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
Answer: Sir, I frankly answer you that everybody wants to enjoy the weekend but if the company really want me to work at the weekend it is my honour and I definitely put my all efforts in improving the organization. I have no problem with working nights and weekends if I am a part of this company, then it is my duty to be there when the company needs me.
Q.7. What are your outside interests?
Answer: My outside interest is playing outdoor games. I am always eager to know about the latest technologies introduced in our countries. During traveling I would mostly prefer to solve puzzles or sudoku. I spend sometimes with listening to soft filmy songs. That’s all.
Q.8. Where do you see yourself five years from now?
Answer: After 5 years, I would like to see myself working in the same organisation. I see myself growing with this company and reaching a position where I become a valuable asset for the organization.
Q.9. How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?
Answer: Success is moments. Like for instance if I will be placed in your company that will be the success for me. Likewise, After 10 years I want to be in the top managerial position of your company, I will be successful. Definition of success changes with time. So, in brief at the end of the day, if you are satisfied and happy with your work then you are successful.
Q.10. On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer?
Answer: I can’t judge anyone in such a short period because this is the special ability of HR person and I am not HR. But I definitely say that I feel good to interact with you.
