How to Calculate Cutting Length of Circular Stirrups at Construction site Practically

Upar diye hue FIGURE ko ap ache se samajh lijiye pehle. Agar drawing samajh lenge to Cutting Length nikalna bahut asand ho jayega apke liye. Isliye pehle drawing ko ache se samajh lete hain.
Upar diye hue figure me ek Circular Column hain jiska diameter maine consider kiya hain 900 mm. Yani ki Radius ho jayega 450 mm. yaha pe maine Clear Cover consider kiya hain 40 mm jo ki normally hum moderate exposure ke liye pakadte hain. Jis Circular Stirrups ka hame Cutting Length nikalna hai uska diameter humne consider kiya hain 8 mm.
To Cutting Length of Circular Shape Stirrups ko nikalne ke lie sab se jaruri chij jo hame nikal ke rakhna hai wo hain, Distance Between Centre of Column to Stirrups Outer Face. Aur ise nikalne ke lie sabse pehle hame Column ke Radius ko janna bahut jaruri hain jo ki hame pata hain. Figure se hame pata chalta hai ki Diameter of Column hain 900 mm. To Radius hamara ho jayega = (Diameter/2) = 900/2 = 450 mm.
Toh niche diye hue formula se hum asani se Distance Between Centre of Column to Stirrups Outer Face nikal sakte hain. Agar hum Column ke Radius se Clear Cover minus kar denge to hamara Distance Between Centre of Column to Stirrups Outer Face nikal jayega.

= 450 – 40 = 410 mm. Ise Hum ‘R’ man lete hain.
Hum Figure me dekh sakte hai ki Stirrups Circular Shape me hain aur uska Length nikalne ke lie hame Circle ke Perimeter ka formula ka help lena padega.
To chaliye sab se pehle Stirrups ka Perimeter nikal lete hain.
Perimeter of Stirrups = 2 x π x R, Where R is the Distance Between Centre of Column to Stirrups Outer Face.
To value put kar ke hum Perimeter nikal lete hain.
Perimeter of Stirrups = 2 x π x R = 2 x 3.14 x 410 = 2575 mm
Perimeter ke nikal lene se ab hamara kam asan ho gaya hain.
Perimeter of Stirrups me Agar hum HOOK ka Length add kar de aur BEND ke lie deduction kar de to hamara Cutting Length of Circular Shape Stirrups nikal jayega.

Pehle hum HOOK ko samajh lete hain. Hook maine yaha consider kiya hain (10d), where ‘d’ is the diameter of the stirrups. Hook ka value apko apne Structural consultants ke diye hue drawing se mil jayega. Aur agar nahi diya hain to ap ‘10d’ consider kar sakte hain. To hamara HOOK ka value ho jayega :
HOOK = (2 x 10d) = (2 x 10 x 8) = 160 mm
Ab baat ati hain BEND deduction ki. To figure me hum dekh sakte hain ki yaha pe 2 bend hai jiska angle 90 degree hain. To hum 1 – 90 degree ke lie ‘2d’ deduct karenge. To hamara BEND deduction ka value ho jayega :
BEND DEDUCTION for 90 degree = (2 x 2d) = (2 x 2 x 8) = 32 mm
Ab ap dhayan se dekhiye jo value main formula me put kar raha hu.
Perimeter of Stirrups + HOOK – BEDN
= 2575 + 160 -32
= 2703 mm, OR 2.703 Meter.
Toh is tarike se hum asani se Cutting Length of Circular Shape Stirrups nikal sakte hain.
