Aaj ke post me main apko bataunga Cutting Length of Multi (Rectangular | Triangular | Single Hook) Shape Stirrups in Column, hum construction site pe kaise nikalte hain. Matlab ek Column mein agar Rectangular Shape Stirrups bhi ho, Triangular Shape Stirrups bhi ho aur Single Hook Stirrups bhi ho, toh hum in tino ka Cutting Length kaise nikalnege.

Mujhe pata hain ap log sab iske liye bahut excited ho. To chaliye copy pen le ke baith jaiye aur ha ek request hain. Agar ye post apko pasand aye to ise jarur apne Civil Engineer dost aur Juniors tak jarur pahuchaye. Kiu ki kuch responsibility apki bhi hain is Nation ko aage badhane mein.

Sab se pehle upar diye hue FIGURE mein given kya kya hain use check kar lete hain. FIGURE ko agar ap gaur se dekhenge to samajh payenge ki isme 1 Rectangular Stirrup, 2 Triangular Stirrup aur 1 Single Hook hain.

Column ka size hai = 400 mm x 600 mm

Main Vertical Bar ka diameter maine yaha consider kiya hain = 20 mm

Clear Cover hain = 40 mm (Concrete Surface aur Stirrups ke Outer Face ke bich ke distance ko Clear Cover kehte hain)

Tino shape ka Stirrups, Jiska hame cutting length nikalna hai uska dia maine consider kiya hain = 8 mm

Upar diye hue FIGURE ko ap dhayan se dekho. Apko samajhne me asani ho islie maine Stirrups ko Shape-1, Shape-2 aur Shape-3 me distribute kiya hain. Rectangular Shape Stirrups ko maine yaha Shape-1 consider kiya hain. Single Hook Stirrups ko maine yaha Shape-2 consider kiya hain aur Triangular Shape Stirrups ko maine yaha Shape-3 consider kiya hain. To Chaliye bari bari se har shape ka Cutting Length nikal lete hain.

Sabse pehle hum nikalnege Shape-1 yani ki Rectangular Shape Stirrups ka Cutting Length.

Ab ap upar diye hue FIGURE me dekhenge ki maine Rectangular Shape Stirrup ka Single Line Diagram banaya hain aur maine har side ko ek name diya hain. Jaise LENGTH ko maine consider kia hain ‘A’, aur BREADTH ko maine consider kiya hain ‘B’. Agar hum ye dono length ko nikal lete hain to hamara kam asan ho jayega. Toh Chaliye ek ek karke apko batata hu in sab ko hum kaise nikalenge.

To sab se pehle main apko batata hu ‘A’ ka lenth kaise nikalna hain.

‘A’ ka Length nikalna bahut asan hain. Agar hum Stirrups ke Outer to Outer Length ko nikal lenge to ‘A’ ka length nikal jayega. Agar ap niche diye hue formula ko dekhenge to samajh jayenge.

CALCULATION OF ‘A’

(Length of Column) – (2 x Clear Cover)

= 400 – (2 x 40)

=400 – 80

= 320 mm

Ab hum nikalenge ‘B’ ka length.

‘B’ ka length bhi hum same upar jaise tarike se hi nikalenge. Isme me bhi hum Stirrups ke Outer to Outer Length ko nikalenge. Agar ap niche diye hue formula ko dekhenge to samajh jayenge.

CALCULATION OF ‘B’

(Length of Column) – (2 x Clear Cover)

= 600 – (2 x 40)

= 600 – 80

= 520 mm

Bas Apna kam ab asan ho gaya hain. Ab hum bas ek simple se formula ko use kar ke Cutting Length of Rectangular Shape Stirrups ko nikal sakte hain.

CUTTING LENGTH OF RECTANGULAR SHAPE STIRRUPS

= (2 x A) + (2 x B) + HOOK – BEND

Upar diye hue formula me ‘A’ aur ‘B’ hame pata hain.

HOOK maine yaha consider kiya hain (10d), where ‘d’ is the diameter of the Stirrups. HOOK ka value apko apne Structural Consultants ke diye hue drawing se mil jayega. Aur agar nahi diya hai to ap ‘10d’ consider kar sakte hain. To hamara HOOK ka value nikalne ke lie niche dekhe :

HOOK = (2 x 10d) = (2 x 10 x 8) = 160 mm

 

SLD for bend

Ab baat ati hain Bend Deduction ki. To FIGURE me hum dekh sakte hain ki yaha pe total 5 Bend hain. Jisme 2 bend aisa hai jiska angle 135 degree hai aur 3 bend aisa hai jiska angle 90 degree hai. To hum 1 – 135 degree ke lie ‘3d’ deduct karenge aur 1 – 90 degree ke lie ‘2d’ deduct karenge. To hamara BEND deduction ka value ho jayega :

BEND DEDUCTION for 135 degree = (2 x 3d) = (2 x 3 x 8) = 48 mm

BEND DEDUCTION for 90 degree = (3 x 2d) = (3 x 2 x 8) = 48 mm

Ab ap dhayan se dekhiye jo value main formula me put kar raha hu.

= (2 x A) + (2 x B) + HOOK – BEND

= (2 x 320) + (2 x 520) + 160 – 48 – 48

= 1744 mm, OR 1.744 Metre

Main umid karta hu apko ye samajh aya hoga. Koi bhi doubt hain to comment mein ap pooch sakte hain.

Ab hum nikalenge Shape-2 yani ki Single Hook ka Cutting Length

Single Hook ko nikalne ke liye agar hum Length of Column se Clear Cover minus kar de, HOOK ko add kar de aur BEND ko deduct kar de to hamara Cutting Legth nikal jayega.

= 400 – (2 x 40)

=400 – 80

= 320 mm

CUTTING LENGTH OF SINGLE HOOK SHAPE STIRRUPS

A + HOOK – BEND

Upar diye hue formula me ‘A’  hame pata hain.

HOOK maine yaha consider kiya hain (10d), where ‘d’ is the diameter of the Stirrups. HOOK ka value apko apne Structural Consultants ke diye hue drawing se mil jayega. Aur agar nahi diya hai to ap ‘10d’ consider kar sakte hain. To hamara HOOK ka value nikalne ke lie niche dekhe :

HOOK = (2 x 10d) = (2 x 10 x 8) = 160 mm

Ab baat ati hain Bend Deduction ki. To FIGURE me hum dekh sakte hain ki yaha pe total 2 Bend hain. 1 Bend ke lie maine ‘3d’ deduct kiya hain. To hamara BEND deduction ka value ho jayega :

BEND DEDUCTION = (2 x 3d) = (2 x 3 x 8) = 48 mm

Ab ap dhayan se dekhiye jo value main formula me put kar raha hu.

A + HOOK – BEND

= 320 + 160 – 48

= 432 mm, OR 0.432 metre

Ab bari ati hain Shape-3 yani ki Triangular Shape Stirrups ki.

{(Breadth of Column) – (2 x Clear Cover) – (2 x Stirrups Dia) – (2 x Half of Main Vertical Bar Dia)} / (Number of Equal Division in Between Main Vertical bar)

= {600 – (2 x 40) – (2 x 8) – (2 x 10)} / 4

= (600 – 80 – 16 – 20) / 4

= 484 / 4

= 121 mm

Ab ap niche diye hue FIGURE me dekhenge ki maine Triangular Shape Stirrup ka Single Line Diagram banaya hain aur maine har size ko ek name diya hain. Jaise Base Length ko maine consider kia hain ‘A’, aur side ke dono length ko maine consider kiya hain ‘H’. Agar hum ye dono variable ko nikal de to hamara kam asan ho jayega. Toh Chaliye ek ek karke apko batata hu in sab ko hum kaise nikalenge.

‘a’ Nikalna bahut asan hain. Agar ap niche diye hue formula ko dekhenge to samajh jayenge.

CALCULATION OF ‘a’

(Length of Column) – (2 x Clear Cover)

= 400 – (2 x 40)

=400 – 80

= 320 mm

Ab main ‘H’ ka Length kaise nikalunga ye batane ja raha hu. Ise bahut dhayan se samajhiyega.

‘H’ Nikalne ke lie maine upar ek figure diya hain use dhyan se dekhiye. Hame yaha pe Pythagorus Theorem ko apply karna hoga. Pythagorus Theorem apply karne ke lie hame chahiye 3 variable, jaise ki Perpendicular yani ki HEIGHT, BASE aur HYPOTENUSE.

Jo ‘H’ hum nikalne wale hain wo hi hamara Hypotenuse hain. Ab hame Niche diye hue FIGURE se samajhna hoga ki Height jisko maine yaha consider kiya hain ‘P’ aur Base ka Length hum kitna pakdenge. To Chaliye main ye batata hu apko. Dhayan dijiyega.

Height nikalne ke lie hame ‘Centre to Centre Distance of Main Vertical Bar’ ka help lena padega.

Niche diye hue formula ko dhayan se dekhiye aur Figure se compare kijiye.

Height  (P) = C/C Distance of Main Vertical Bar + (2 x Half of Main Vertical Bar Dia) + (2 x Dia of Stirrups)

= 121 + (2 x 10) + (2 x 8)

= 157 mm

Ab hum nikalenge Base ka Length, jise maine consider kiya hain ‘A’. ‘A’ ka Length hamne already nikal liya hain. ‘A’ ka value hame mila hain 320 mm.

Ab upar diye hue FIGURE ko dekhiye. Maine Single Line Diagram ko half part me divide kar diya hain, Hypotenuse (H) nikalne ke liye. Ab hame ek new Triangle mil gaya jiska base hain ‘A/2’ , Height hain ‘P’ jo hamne nikal liya hain, aur Hypotenuse hain ‘H’ jise hame nikalna hain. To chaliye ‘H’ hum nikal lete hain.

 

CALCULATION OF ‘H’

= Square root of { (Base)^2 + (Height)^2}

= Square root of { (160)^2 + (157)^2}

= Square root of (25600 + 24649)

= 224 mm

Bas Apna kam ab asan ho gaya. Ab hum bas ek simple se formule ko use kar ke Cutting length of Triangular Shape Stirrups ko nikal sakte hain.

CUTTING LENGTH OF TRIANGULAR SHAPE STIRRUPS

= A + (2 X H) + HOOK – BEND

Upar diye hue formula me ‘A’  aur ‘H’ hame pata hain.

HOOK maine yaha consider kiya hain (10d), where ‘d’ is the diameter of the stirrups. HOOK ka value apko apne Structural consultants ke diye hue drawing se mil jayega. Aur agar nahi diya hain to ap ’10d’ consider kar sakte hain. To hamara HOOK ka value kya hoga :

HOOK = (2 x 10d) = (2 x 10 x 8) = 160 mm

 

Bend deduction of triangular stirrups

Ab baat ati hain Bend deduction ki. To upar diye hue FIGURE me hum dekh sakte hain ki yaha pe total 4 bend hain. Aur charo bend 135 degree ka hain. To hum 1 – 135 degree ke lie 3d deduct karenge To hamara BEND deduction ka value ho jayega :

BEND DEDUCTION for 135 degree = (4 x 3d) = (4 x 3 x 8) = 96 mm

Ab ap dhayan se dekhiye jo value main formula me put kar raha hu.

= A + (2 X H) + HOOK – BEDN

= 320 + (2 x 224) + 160 – 96

= 832 mm, OR 0.832 metre

Toh is tarike se hum asani se Cutting Length of Multi Combined Shaped Stirrups in a Column nikal sakte hain.
